[Programming Help] - Password Protect DLL File Default Setting Code

As the administrator and distributor of a custom DLL, I'd like to protect the proprietary (modifiable) settings by applying a password by default. I've searched but can not find the instructions for this anywhere. IOW, I'd like to be able to load the PW-protected study to a chart, apply the PW, modify it, then reapply the PW. Please advise, thank you very much!
