DOM depth displayed only for a while

The DOM depth is displayed only for a while, shows only one price level, and then disappers. Normally the depth is not displayed at all, however when I switch to the chart with integrated DOM, the depth (one price level only) shows up for a while, and then disappears again. The depth data I get from Interactive Brokers. Please find attached the settings in the Trade menu and an illustration picture. Could you pls help. Jaro Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-05-09 15:44:50

Sierra Chart requests and processes market depth data from Interactive Brokers properly. If there is a problem with it, the only help with that we can provide is documented here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/IB.php#MarketDepth For further issues you need to contact Interactive Brokers. We see you are using IQ Feed for data and using data from a remote instance. Have you subscribed to market depth data from IQ Feed? If so, then make sure you have Global Settings >> General Settings >> Use Non-Chart Data from Remote Instances enabled. I will try to solve the issue with IB. Currently I use the market depth data from IB. Thank you |
