Denali Feed + Leeloo Rithmic Evaluation Account Not working

Here is my current setup

- I have Service 11 with Activated Denali feed
- I have an evaluation account with Leeloo that is Rithmic

Problem:

- When I connect just my denali feed everything works as expected. I get all of the correct data and an [M] in the chart
- When I then connect to Rithmic to be able to select the evaluation account the Denali feed does not take over

Steps I have taken to troubleshoot:
1. Within the Rithmic DTC I only added account login information. I removed the market data and historical data fields
2. I have confirmed that Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes
3. I have upgraded to the latest version of SC 2419

Speaking to others they say that it is possible to have the Denali feed running the data and still be able to trade on an evalutation account like Leeloo.

The issue is you need to connect at least once a month to a funded trading account to use one of the CME Group exchange fees for nonprofessionals. Refer to:
