stop-limit order not working

Hello I have got a problem with a stop-limit order, I’m trading with chart DOM and I checked at the MENU to use a stop-limit order instead of stop order. We have tested this and we do not see a problem. Make sure you have enabled Use Stop-Limit Orders on Chart DOM on the Trade Window for the chart that you are trading from. To open it select Trade >> Open Trade Window for Chart.
