I have updated charting to newest, have denali service....still delayed charting. I only use Sierra for charting, not trading.

You do not have any exchanges activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. It looks like you are wanting data from the CME Group, therefore you can activate the exchanges at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Just be aware that even though you are not using Sierra Chart to trade, since you are wanting the real-time data for the CME Group, that if you want to get the non-professional exchange rates, then you need to connect Sierra Chart to your trading service at least once a month. Refer to the information here:
