I have problem with download any data IQFeed, SC historical data.. If I connect to any provider and set up chart settings for 1 month history (date range 2014-04-07 to 2014-05-07) usualy I see after downloading just on day history if I connect to IQfeed (first copy of message log) If I connect to SC historical data, find correct symbol with same date range 2014-04-07 to 2014-05-07 final result is just data for 2014-04-07 nothing more just one day history (second copy of message log) my internet download speed is 1.27 MB/s before i tried to exit dtn from windows portion like is in manual settings iqfeed but problem still going. Clearly this is an Internet connectivity issue you are having on your side. Set the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Minute. After changing this, then change the Service in Sierra Chart to the SC Historical Data Service, if it is not already. Go to a chart using a symbol supported by this service and re-download the data with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
