Hi guys,

I'm emailing because the platform is indicating that I am using delayed data "SC Data All services" but I understand that I've enabled top of book, real-time. Why is there a notification stating that I am on a delayed feed please?

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees.
