Delayed data not being updated

When I open Sierra Chart, the charts are updated correctly. After that, there are no further updates unless I close Sierra Chart and bring it up again. What gives, and how do I correct it?

Also, a notification says I have two other support tickets outstanding. Don't know why. They can be closed.
