I have paid for the Denali Data feed and have an active account through Doorman, and am wondering why I still have delayed Data. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

You have not activated any exchanges in order to get the real-time data. It looks like you are wanting data from the CME Group, in which case you can activate the exchange(s) at the following link:

Ok, I tried to activate the service, but it tells me that I have insufficient funds, but I just added $100 the other day, and hit the renew button, and my account says that I have 120 days until it needs to be renewed. Can you help me figure out how to get the service activated please?

You have an active Service Package, but you do not have any active exchanges. You need to activate the exchanges in order to get the real-time data.

You need to select the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data at the following link:

Ok, I have the service activated, and my charts no longer show the word "delayed" .....But now when I open the chartbook, my charts and DOM seem to be frozen, for a lack of a better word. There is absolutely no movement at all. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. We just need to know the symbol of one chart only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
