Rithmic Intraday Download/Backfill Fail

v1132, Pkg 3, switched from TT to Rithmic with DDT. Followed Rithmic setup instructions, did global symbol reset, applied symbol settings to charts, used Find symbol to select Rithmic symbol in all charts. Upon SC loading/connection to datafeed, 10 minutes of historical intraday is missing, and Download Failed error shows on all charts. Upon leaving feed connected, missing data never fills in until manually selecting delete/download data. Restart Sierra Chart and open only one Intraday chart and only one chart. And no others. After that, if there still is a problem with that one particular chart, post a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile GC-201406-CME is not a valid Rithmic symbol. Not sure what the issue was, and it persisted even with one chart. But somewhere in the process of removing all charts/books, intraday data, file update list, etc, and re-adding everything back, somehow it was fixed.
