Hi, I originally bought the service package 11 and data feed. and i have already made payments of $44 on 22/09/22 and a second payment of $46 22/06/22. So why is may account saying that i need to make a further additional payment of $66. Your help in this matter will be appreciated. Thanks |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
