if my denali live datafeed must be connected to my CQG trading account from AMP futures, how do i use Uprofit rithmic trading account to trade and get live datafeed?

If you will be using Sierra Chart with both CQG and UProfit, then we recommend that you have two separate installations of Sierra Chart on the computer, one for CQG and one for UProfit. This way you can always be connected to both and not miss any trades. In so doing, your connection to CQG will continually update your non-professional status for the CME Group, so you will not need to worry about that. In addition, since both installations are on the same computer, you can get the Denali data to both installations without any issues, or any additional fees (you can have 2 connections simultaneously from one computer).
