Mid month and I can't use my data

Hi Sierra Charts engineers, So mid month and I have to restart my computer and my Sierra charts won't connect to CQG! I contacted AMP and they informed me that I need to upgrade to package 10 / 11, it turns out that you are no longer supporting CQG. So unless I pay for a month of Denali and get a week's data but pay for a full month, I can't trade :( I realise that I am forced to move to Denali from CQG and was planning to do it at the beginning of next month. What do I do in the meantime? Is there any chance you could give me a trial to see me through until then? I don't want to have pay for 2 data streams which is what would happen if I have to sign up now. I would very much appreciate your help in this regard. This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days. After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services.
