No live data after support package upgrade

After support package upgrade to level 10 from 3, I am unable to get live data, only delayed data. Some setting must not be quite right, as all else is as before the upgrade. Using AMP/GQG.

Our servers are showing that your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services, but you are not setup to get any real-time data from us. Therefore, we assume that you would normally get your data from CQG, in which case, you should be connected to CQG.

The first thing to do is to ensure you are connected to your CQG account. To do this, follow these instructions:

Next, we have made a change from version 2394 and higher that we are not allowing CQG data into Sierra Chart for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, you have two choices.

1) Downgrade your software to version 2393. Refer to the instructions here:

or
2) Use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You will find the instructions for the CME Group here:
