Hi

I have the $16/month data for stocks, when i open a chart on Amazon, it opens a 1 min chart with correct prices, but as soon as i change the time frame to 1h or daily, it switches to old prices before the stock split ( x 10 )
Is there a solution to this?

Thanks

there's also a problem with Tesla, it shows the price of 723 but last candle is at 708, it does not print new candles

The first thing we need to ensure is that you are getting the data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. The symbols must have the suffix -NQTV to get the data from the NASDAQ TotalView. Otherwise, the data is coming from our older Sierra Chart U.S. Equities exchange, for which you are not setup to get real-time data.

Please let us know for sure that you are using the -NQTV symbols. For example, Tesla would be TSLA-NQTV.

Additionally, we have a chart for TSLA-NQTV up and we are not seeing any issues with the data at this time.

Hi

Yes, i click on "find Symbol", then i scroll down to the section "NASDAQ TotalView (Realtime NADAQ........)
See photo attached
That is where i select the stocks, like AMZN.
All stock symbols on my chart shows as NQTV[M] ( see photo attached of AAPL chart )
the issue with AMZN, i open an intraday chart, which opens a 1min chart by default, and the prices shown are the current prices for AMZN ( post split ).
But as soon as i click on 15min or 1H, it changes the timeframe but also changes the prices to post split ( x 10 )
I can do a video if you like.

As of TSLA, well, i can do a video too, the price does not line up with the last candle, its like there is a candle missing, so for example if current candle low is 5 and high is 8, but the current price is 12

Thanks

Here is a chart showing the issue.
in case you did not understand the issue.
its impossible to have a working AMZN chart, candles are all over the place.
Also, everytime i open any stock chart, i get this error first ( symbol not found, see photo attached )

to make it simple, here is a link to the chart of AMZN when i FIRST open the chart by clicking on find symbol, open historical or intraday chart.
https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1655898461705.png

And then, as soon as i change the time frame of the chart, let's say i choose 1H or 4H, it does this:

Also, as i mentioned before, ALL stocks charts, AAPL, AMZN, NDA, AMD....etc the ticker on all of them is followed by NQTV[M]
There is a letter M after NQTV, i dont know if thats normal or important to mention it to you.

Yes this is normal and of no concern:
There is a letter M after NQTV

It is explained here:

Regarding the issue with the historical data in those charts, follow the below procedure:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
