The first thing we need to ensure is that you are getting the data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. The symbols must have the suffix -NQTV to get the data from the NASDAQ TotalView. Otherwise, the data is coming from our older Sierra Chart U.S. Equities exchange, for which you are not setup to get real-time data. Please let us know for sure that you are using the -NQTV symbols. For example, Tesla would be TSLA-NQTV. Additionally, we have a chart for TSLA-NQTV up and we are not seeing any issues with the data at this time.
