can't get any data, delayed or real time

I have Service Package 10, trading service is CTS, and I'm using SC version 2364. Everything was fine Friday with CTS T4 enabled, now I can't get data, whether I'm connected to CTS or to SC Services-All Services, can't get any data at all. I've certainly seen all of the CQG posts on today's support board, so is something similar happening with CTS?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

We will then determine what the problem is.

We need more information, in particular we need a chart to be opened with the symbol that you are having an issue with.

As of this moment, the CME Group is closed for trading for the US Juneteenth holiday, so you will not get any data until the market opens again tonight at 17:00 Central US Time.

If you still have an issue after that time, then please follow these instructions to get us your Message Log (note that you need to open a Chartbook with a chart in it):
