Hi, I'm on Service Pack 5 and yesteday the automatic Renewal took 36 $. But the Connection faild and there are no Data. Now I have to upgrade to SP 11. So I have to pay twice? Or is it possible to take the 36 $ and pay the rest. My Data come from AMP/CQG. Thanks for Help. |

This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days. After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services.
