chart drawing lagging relative to data

the data points on my chart correctly update in real time, but the drawings are lagging by 8-16 seconds. e.g. ES emini moves 3-4 points, data reflects correctly on teh chart, candles update after 8-16-20 seconds later. how do i get it to real time? i am on 16 core ntel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.30 GHz 64 GB RAM 2 NVIDIA 1080 TIs |

The first thing is to review the information at the following link and see if any of the items suggested will help with what you are seeing: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.48 - Basic Steps to Resolve Performance Issue in Sierra Chart The other thing we would like for you to try would be to change your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services, then open a chart for ESU22-CME. Let the data load then wait 15 minutes and see if the both the chart price and the bars are updating (you need to wait 15 minutes to allow the system to catch up to the delayed data. Let us know if this data looks good and if it is updating properly. When you are done with the test above, you can change your Data/Trade Service Settings back to IB.
