Do you all have a page that shows your server status? Still having issues with Denali

I updated from ~2397 to current version and that corrected the issue. Restarts, reboots did not fix the delay.

There definitely was an issue with that version and data feed. Might explain why a smaller number of people were having issues?

Thanks

The cause of the problem you had absolutely has nothing at all to do with the particular version you are running.

We are quite certain the issue you had was due to Internet connectivity issue somewhere between your system and the Sierra Chart Denali servers. We see you are in Alaska.

There is no evidence at all of a problem on our servers. There is no packet loss, there were no connectivity issues to the CME. No issues with our real-time server processes. Everything was perfect and stable.

We also did not experience any connectivity issues ourselves.

The Denali Exchange Data Feed uses three different ISPs. If you have trouble with one, there is an automatic connection to another.

As a test I rolled back to 2393 (that was the version I was on) and same issue present. Version 2402 much snappier in DOM quotes. Maybe it wasn't Denali feed related and something else but you have a handful of users that all mentioned something this afternoon. In my case during the height of the FOMC release the quotes I was getting got further and further behind (at one point it was minutes delayed.) Multiple restarts of PC and SC didn't fix the issue. Installing latest version did.

Maybe it has something to do with drawing and refreshing lags? Either way latest version is good. Thank you
