Sierra Chart Does not Open

When I start up Sierra Chart, the initial window describing what to do if connection issues persists open up and after that the actual software does not kick in. Please assist.

So it sounds like there is a problem connecting to whatever service you are using.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
