Trading dom - market depth only displays 1 level

Hi,

I am a Sierra chart long time user and I am moving from Infinity/Transact to use the Sierra trading dom. I am only displaying 1 level on my market depth data on the trading dom. I reviewed the troubleshooting documentation but I was unable to fix. I am currently using my Transact data feed until I move over to the denali data feed. I am running Sierra version 2323 (not updating until I make the denali transition as recommended).

My market depth is set to 0 as recommended in the documentation. My columns in the trade dom are bid size/buy column, ask size/ ask column, and price. I opened the market depth window and it also is only displaying 1 row. My infinity/transact dom typically displays seven levels.

Any help on this would be appreciated. I have been trying to figure this out but nothing has worked so far.

On the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings be sure the option for Enable Market Depth Data and Daily Session Values is set to Yes.

If it is No, then make the change to Yes, select OK to get off that page, select No to the question about updating symbols, then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> connect to Data Feed.

This should resolve your issue.

Hi SC Support, I'm facing the same issue. my market depth level only shows 2. Currently, I'm using v2403. i can not find the above suggested setting in the place. please help to resolve this.

I am subscribed under non professional trader CME. Should i go with option 1(  Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts) or Option 2(Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts).

For Non Professional option 1 is not chargeable on each month ?

Since you want the Market Depth data, you will want the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for NonProfessional Trading Accounts.

The exchange fees are charged on the first day of each month.

We see you Activated and then Deactivated both exchange options. In order to have the exchange you want automatically renew each month, you need to select the Activate button for it.

Hi, I am using the trial version and facing similar issue, DOM only showing 1 bid and 1 ask. I am using the latest SC version.

What is the symbol you are using?

Keep in mind we do not have Market Depth data for FOREX or CFD data, and you can not get the Market Depth data with the Delayed Streaming Data for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange.

We recommend using one of the CME Group symbols for this purpose, preferably ES or MES, which are actively traded.
