On the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings be sure the option for Enable Market Depth Data and Daily Session Values is set to Yes. If it is No, then make the change to Yes, select OK to get off that page, select No to the question about updating symbols, then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> connect to Data Feed.
