I am currently on 2 week trial period, but this does not suit my situation as I cannot access stock many stock symbols for Nasdaq and NYSE whilst on trial. I find your registering pages confusing, and would just like to buy a month by month package to enable me to access your intraday and historical data feed for stocks only. I see that after thr trail im automatically on the denali data feed. However I believe it the sierra chart data feed that is used primarily for intraday stocks. Can you please give me helpful and simple clear information on registering a package? Regards

First, we need to know which data feed you want to use. We do have 2 different data available for the U.S. Stocks. Here are the explanations: 1. U.S. Equities exchange on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: This has the consolidated tape volumes, but does not have any market depth data. 2. NASDAQ TotalView exchange on the Denali Exchange Data Feed: This does not have the consolidated tape volumes, just the primary exchange information, but it does have Market Depth information from the primary exchange along with Market by Order information. --- Take a look and let us know which one you would want and we will then point you in the right direction. To be clear. I want a data feed to show me price action for US stocks only. I'm not interested in options. Questions. Why is your registrations pages so confusing, and doesn't do what it says on the page? I wasted a lot of my time trying to figure out what the hell is going on. Regards Anthony

You will need to follow the instructions at the following link for the NASDAQ TotalView data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges Note that you will need to change your Service Package to package 10 in order to get the real-time data. --- If you have an example of where something did not do what it stated, then please let us know and we will fix it.
