Using IB execution, Denali data, no ICE realtime subscription. How can I load delayed intraday and historical data for ICE and DX contract?

If you use "File >> Find Symbol", you will see what is available for ICE data. But, there is only daily data available, so it will be behind by 1 day. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

I have intraday delayed data from IB, how can I integrate it into this setup? On my Denali feed, I seem to be getting some intraday realtime data but only sporadic. ie from when I had the chart open, but not before. Delete and download does not backfill it. Yesterday it would not load anything except 1 bar, and today it loaded some more data from yesterday, but very little, from while the chart remained open, starting from 11:30am ET. DX-202209-NYBOT , using Find Symbol function. Tried EDIT, DELETE ALL AND DOWNLOAD. Set to continous contract and days to load to 100. Get this error also attached. Also, only while chart is open, it seems to load streaming delayed data, but stamped on the chart timescale as if it is real-time. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-06-14 17:45:57

Since you are connected to IB, that is the IB data. You would have to ask them about why you are getting the data you are from them. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Is it always automatically IB data when Denali data isn't available in realtime for a symbol? Is Denali data available for ICE if I subscribe to it? Are you certain this is IB data, how can I verify? It works correctly and backfills all the data directly in the IB TWS platform though.

No, we no longer offer the real-time ICE data. Just delayed data. Can you offer free delayed streaming intraday data for ICE like IB Is doing? Yes, this is IB data, as you state that it is showing up in TWS. If it was from us, then it would not go to TWS. I subscribe independently to different data from IB directly also, but not real-time for ICE. The intraday data backfills properly in IB TWS, but not in Sierrachart. Is there any way to figure out why Sierrachart is unable to load it as well?

I am using IB data, why am I forced to pay for Denali? You are not forced to use the Denali data. You can use the IB data if you want. We do recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed over any other data, but there is nothing stopping you in this case. If you were not getting the data from Interactive Brokers, then there was either something wrong with your setup or you were not setup for the data from Interactive Brokers. If you want to change to using the Interactive Brokers data right away, then change your setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". Then select OK to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect". The data will now be coming from Interactive Brokers. If you do choose to continue to use the Interactive Brokers data, then you will want to remember to deactivate the exchange that you have active with us. -- Also, you should post this kind of question in a new Support Board post. For markets in which there is an actively held position, IB shows the real-time updated price data from ICE as well, would be useful to be able to get this in Sierra Chart also.

We do not have connectivity to TradingView, so this is not an option. IB is doing it somehow, so is Tradingview, and likely others. Is there any way Sierrachart can find a solution to add back delayed intraday data again for ICE exchanges?
