I am using IB data, why am I forced to pay for Denali? You are not forced to use the Denali data. You can use the IB data if you want. We do recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed over any other data, but there is nothing stopping you in this case. If you were not getting the data from Interactive Brokers, then there was either something wrong with your setup or you were not setup for the data from Interactive Brokers. If you want to change to using the Interactive Brokers data right away, then change your setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". Then select OK to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect". The data will now be coming from Interactive Brokers. If you do choose to continue to use the Interactive Brokers data, then you will want to remember to deactivate the exchange that you have active with us. -- Also, you should post this kind of question in a new Support Board post.
