Hello. I switched from CQG to Rithmic, input the new credentials in the data/trade under file, using same Rithmic user name and password in the trading username and market data username spots, and i am not getting connected... Please advise.. thank you!

This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days.

After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services.

Thank you but i still cant log in. I am using the new rithmic credentials in the data/trade settings under trading username.pass and also market data username,pass.

What is the error you are receiving. Either give us a screenshot of a notice you are getting, or copy and paste the relevant information from your Message Log into this post.

The main thing is that you do not have a "Server" selected. Select a server by clicking to the right of the entry labeled "Server (List)". You will get a dropdown menu with a list of Rithmic servers to choose from.
