I'm getting an error message when I logon that says, "Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI Logon Unsuccessful. Server Message: Your logon is disabled. Contact your FCM." How should I resolve this? Thank you.

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.


Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.

Yes I followed those instructions and now have market data. However, I made a deposit into AMP Futures today and my deposit posted through AMP but is not showing in my Account Balances tab under the Trading Menu in Sierra Chart. Could please help me resolve this as soon as possible? Thank you.

Also when I disable Simulation mode and go to live trading and try to place a trade it automatically changes me to simulation trading whereas before it was say "insufficient funds."

You are using AMP. So you need to set Sierra Chart to use CQG. Follow the instructions here:
