I would like remote assistance to upload charts that I have files for, sent by a friend, and they are not loading or showing up properly

The most likely reason the chartbooks are not working for you is that they are using a different symbol from what you use. Open the Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. That is an equity symbol and you are not setup to get real-time data for the equities. If you want to get this data from us, then you have two options 1) Our older Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the U.S. Equities exchange, which includes the consolidated tape volumes, but does not have Market Depth data. 2) Our newer Denali Exchange Data Feed for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, which does not have the consolidated tape, but does have the Market Depth data. We are working on getting the consolidated tape for the NASDAQ TotalView data, but it is still in process. I have Denali. I'm not sure what you mean by consolidated tape. I really need to run footprint charts |

The "Consolidated Tape" is the information for the equity from all exchanges on which it trades. The NASDAQ TotalView data that we have, right now, is just the information from the primary exchange for the equity. What you typically see when you look up the information for a stock is the Consolidated Tape information. You do not need the Market Depth for the Numbers Bars. But you will have to determine which data feed will work best for your situation. Note that you do not have any exchanges active for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you are not setup to get any real-time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Thanks for the Info. That is very helpful. I've been watching the chart and thinking it was real time. I'm trying to figure out which exchange/data I need for UVXY I look at CNBC and it says: UVXY:CBOE RT Quote | Last NASDAQ LS, VOL From CTA | USD So I'm assuming CBOE is the exchange, but I also have seen BATS On Tradingview I see it as UVXY:NYSE / Arca Any thoughts? I will try to activate an exchange for realtime data for Denali THANK YOU! |

We do not know what exchange is the primary one for UVXY.
