Can I get a chart back if I have deleted it by mistake?

If you delete a chart within a Chartbook, then as long as you have not saved the chartbook then you can exit and restart Sierra Chart and the Chartbook will be back to the last saved point.

The best way to do this would be to save the Chartbook under a different name (again, this will only work if you have not saved the chartbook since you deleted the chart) by using "File >> Save As". Then you can open the previous chartbook and copy that chart to the new Chartbook. This way you will not have lost any other work on other charts.

If you have already saved the chartbook, then you will want to use one of the Backup copies you have of the chartbook to get that chart again. Refer to the instructions here:
Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File
