DOM data - Delayed sim

Good afternoon. I have been using the Sierra Charts for a couple of months now. Today I noticed the DOM is headed up DOM (Sim) Delayed. Is it the case this is delayed data? I have purchased the data feed to be live. If you could please advise that would be great Thank you.

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:

Unfortunately I have tried to disconnect and reconnect without success following the guidance. I have a AMP futures account which I set up to receive the data. There is no drop down menu for this for the data feed. It was CQG routing only.

Then you need to follow the instructions to connect to your CQG account at the following link:

I think there might be an issue with my AMP Futures account. When I input the details into the Sierra Charts it says the password is wrong. When I tried logging into AMP Futures portal it says the account is locked. I am currently trying to resolve this issue at the moment. This may be linked to why I cannot receive the live data feed. Thank you for your help to date. Hopefully I resolve the log in issue soon with AMP. If it isn't this then I will likely contact yourself again. Thank you again for sending the guidance links.

Good evening. AMP Futures has now unlocked my account and I believe I am receiving live data on my charts after following the guidance you provided. You may now consider this query resolved. Thank you for your time and assistance to date in relation to this.
