Dear Support Team,

I tried to activate the free trial with the correct phone number format and country code, but I won't receive the Code via SMS.

What should I do now? Could you activate the free trial?

We see that you have created 2 accounts, and that is the reason why you were not able to activate the trial - when you tried to login with the other account it created a "red flag" for our system and locked both accounts.

You need to choose one of the accounts to go forward with and we will activate the trial for it and remove the other one. Let us know which account you want to use.

Hello I too am new to this software and cannot get the trial to send a text message to my phone. I am using 1 ans my country code for the USA and my phone number following that. Do i need to input 011 instead of just 1? thank you.

I actually read somewhere in the documentation that nowadays phone number is no longer needed to activate the trial. The trial is already activated when we create an account and log in to the software on our laptop. Not sure though, have to wait for SC Support to reply.

Hello, I am new to this software, I cannot get the trial version of sending SMS to my mobile phone. Although the software has been activated, now it is limited to loading XAUUSD and EURUSD data, can you help me activate NYMEX delay data?

This not correct. You do have to go through the process to receive an SMS message in order to activate a trial. It used to be automatic, but that is no longer the process.

i see telegram is the new sms verification for free trial?

how do i do that, enter my telegram number and request?

as the mobile sms i tried now does not work and says {"ERROR":"The entered SMS number number, or code is not valid. Make sure that you have copied the code correctly from the SMS message received."} sierra charts

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary.

If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".
