I just upgraded my Sierra chart and my dom stopped working.

You will not receive market depth for CME futures since you are using the Sierra Chart Real-time Exchange Data Feed. The CME exchange fee you have activated does not include market depth data. You have activated the 4 USD CME exchange fee which does not include depth. There is another one for 15.75 USD that includes market depth. I have the same issue but have the 15.75 activated and the feature checked on the settings to use Sierra data feed.
