You will not receive market depth for CME futures since you are using the Sierra Chart Real-time Exchange Data Feed. The CME exchange fee you have activated does not include market depth data. You have activated the 4 USD CME exchange fee which does not include depth. There is another one for 15.75 USD that includes market depth.
