Hi I forgot to top up my additional services balance til this morning and had to resubscribe to the SC futures feed. I can't seem to get the M to pop up it keeps getting the IB data. -Refreshed global symbol settings. -Upgraded to latest versions -Shut down both trading service and sc software an reopened. -Support Sc feeds enabled No dice. In cases where people resubscribe do we have to wait a bit for it to kick in or something? |

I think that this has happened to me as well. Are you saying that from now on we will have to pay CME exchange fees? Should you have warned us of this? Is there a way to reinstate the CME waiver by paying the interim days?

I signed up for the no market depth option thinking I could use IB and a second instance to for my dom, in order to save a few bucks. I noticed that when I select IB and un-check support sc feed it still does not work. Should it work? or does IB already think I am using an instance of it's feed already because sc instance 1 is connected to it?
