Dear Support, When I open historical Daily charts for the 2yr, 5yr, 10yr, and 30yr US Treasury futures, the daily bars strangely do not display an open - only the HLC values are displayed. This happens when I connect to CQG Trade Service and 'Allow support for SC Chart Data Feeds' is enabled. 'SC Data all services' displays the proper candles. I tried to delete and redownload data, but it does not help Affected symbols: F.US.FVAU22 F.US.TUAU22 F.US.TYAU22 F.US.USAU22. Below is a screenshot example. I am using v2394 SP12 /Denali. Can you please advise? |

We are not observing this problem currently: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1654166246344.png When you do, select this command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Edit Data - Historical Chart And see if the open price at the bottom of the file is 0: Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thanks for the reply. It looks OK now - seemingly it was a temporary issue only, that was fixed automatically. The historical data does not have zero value either. So everything works fine now. |
