Hi, I have recently started up a free trial two days ago. I downloaded some chartbooks into sierras data folder. After, I launched sierra charts and tried to open the chartbooks. For some reason the chartbooks appeared white/blank with no data or info, same thing with my DOM chartbook. I was wondering why I can see any information. Is it because I have a free trial? Would you recommend buying package 5 and skipping the trial? what should I do to see my Information? -thankyou |

Maybe the symbols are not correct. Translate the symbols by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
