Hi Sierra chart support,
I paid for my new subscription for the next 3 months but Sierra charts won't connect. Nothing else has changed and other platforms are receiving data so I know it is Sierra charts. Please would you enable my connection please. Thanks

Thanks I have restarted my Sierra chart and had no bars (version 2394)!!! I worked out that if I went back to SC version 2390 I would have data. I also note that I am getting a trial of 2394 for 30 days - does this mean that I would need to change the data feed to Denali?

2394 requires the Denali Data Feed for CME and EUREX data:

Oh wow really? Ok so big problem, I was gonna to change to Denali when AMP allowed Teton but alas no - do you know when they will? I keep asking them but they don't really give me any clues. Thanks

We have no special insight as to when they might start using our Teton Order Routing system. It is wholly with them to decide.
