jais fait une souscription a un compte évaluation via (tick tick tarder) on m'a transmis les ID et PASSWORD , j'ai tout renseigner , cela ne fonctionne toujours pas est ce que sierra peut faire une vérification voir si ce que j'ai fait est correcte en vous remerciant d'avance |

TickTickTrader issue Rithmic passwords that are 32 characters long. Change your password using Rithmic R-Trader to something shorter, then you'll be able to connect using Sierra Chart.
