Hi, I would like to know why, when I try to open my chartbook, market profil are not full (for example it stop at 17h30 while it should stop at 22h30 and today it begin at 14h30). I don't understand why datas are missing. I paid the service package 11, I connected a real futures account (AMP) and then my sim account (Apex Trading). So can you help me please? Thanks |

The first thing you need to do is to duplicate that chart with this command: Chart Menu: Duplicate Chart (Chart menu) Remove all studies from that chart through Analysis >> Studies. And if there is any missing data, then follow through the instructions here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Missing or Incomplete Intraday Chart Data Let us know if that resolves the issue.
