Hi, I would like to know why, when I try to open my chartbook, market profil are not full (for example it stop at 17h30 while it should stop at 22h30 and today it begin at 14h30). I don't understand why datas are missing. I paid the service package 11, I connected a real futures account (AMP) and then my sim account (Apex Trading). So can you help me please?

The first thing you need to do is to duplicate that chart with this command:
Chart Menu: Duplicate Chart (Chart menu)

Remove all studies from that chart through Analysis >> Studies.

And if there is any missing data, then follow through the instructions here:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Missing or Incomplete Intraday Chart Data
