Connection issues Gain Capital/OEC Server

Hello,

I am trying to connect to the OEC Server however I keep getting the following error message.
I keep getting the "waiting to reconnect" message on the status bar
Could you please help me.

We cannot help with Gain Capital connection problems.

However, check of the username and password you have set in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings . The server is correct , you are connecting to the production server which you should be using.
