Both of these are too old to be used on a current version.

One thing you can do is ask whomever sent them to you to update their system and update the Chartbook and Study at the same time.

Otherwise, you can refer to the following for a way to try and read an old chartbook:

The custom study needs to be recompiled to work with newer versions. There is no workaround for this.
