How to get additional data for a stock?

This hardly ever happens.

A new stock for me, HK, is only showing 3 Days of Data.

This isn't a Global Settings issue as every other stock is fine.

I went to CS and I couldn't change the range from anything more than the 3 days included.

Looked through every menu and can't find anything that will fix this issue for this specific stock.

Any suggestions?

If that does not help, then use the Sierra Chart Historical Data service for the data:

We got 10 years of daily data and about 2 years of Intraday data for HK without a problem.

Yup.."Delete Data and Download" got it done..
