Hi! Under Trade - Chart DOM Settings I have my order types set to Buy Stop-Limit for both the Above/Equal Last for Chart DOM and also Below/Equal Last for Chart DOM. When I'm trading in SIM, I can click on the buy column in the DOM at a price that is LOWER than where it's currently trading and when price retraces back to my order, I get filled. That's working perfectly. However, when I'm trying to place the exact same trade LIVE, I get an error message immediately upon entering my order on the DOM. The error message is a REJECT order message that says "Buy order stop price must be above last trade price." Do you know why LIVE isn't working the same as SIM and what I can do to fix this? Thanks so much.
