Is there any way to display number of bid trades and number of ask trades in sierrachart? I couldnt find it anywhere. Would be very helpful in footprint charts. Please consider adding it in number bar.

It is not currently available, and we do not know when we would be able to get around to making it available. As a workaround, however, the Numbers Bars Calculated Values has subgraphs for Average Bid Trade Size and Average Ask Trade Size. You could then take the Bid Volume Total or Ask Volume Total and divide them by the appropriate Average Trade Size to get the number of trades in a bar. User535599: What you are seeing is very different from the the original post was asking. The original post wanted the information at each price level. This would require that the "Numbers Bars" study be updated to allow the display of "Number of Bid Trades" and "Number of Ask Trades". For what you are wanting, which is the Total Bid Trades per bar and Total Ask Trades per bar, you have found the first part of it, which is those individual studies. These items are NOT part of the "Numbers Bars Calculated Values" studies. You have a couple of options for how to then display the information as numbers. The simplest solution is to use the "Numeric Information Reference" study. Refer to the following: Numeric Information Reference The other option is to set the "Draw Style" for those studies to be "Value of Subgraph" and then compress the scale so that the numbers align into a single row. It is not something we would spend time on at this point since there is a workaround to get to the same end point.

You can walk the Time & Sales array each tick, count records by Type SC_TS_BID vs SC_TS_ASK and bucket the counts by PriceValueToTicks and bar index, then render the two numbers at each price level as DRAWING_TEXT tools anchored to BarIndex, Price via sc.UseTool() with UTAM_ADD_OR_ADJUST so they update in place as the bar evolves
