You can walk the Time & Sales array each tick, count records by Type SC_TS_BID vs SC_TS_ASK and bucket the counts by PriceValueToTicks and bar index, then render the two numbers at each price level as DRAWING_TEXT tools anchored to BarIndex, Price via sc.UseTool() with UTAM_ADD_OR_ADJUST so they update in place as the bar evolves
