I'm looking to chart the Indices (SPY, SPX, etc) and some stocks (AMZN, TSLA etc). I will be trading off my IB Account and I will not need to link to SC to trade necessarily. Can you please advise which package(s) to choose from? Thank you again!!

The package you need will depend on what you need for your charting. In particular, whether you need Numbers Bars and/or TPOs, in which case you will need the Advanced package. Or if you need Market by Order data, in which case you will need Package 12. Refer to the differences in the packages here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages As to the data, you can get the U.S. Stock data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed and going through the setup for the NASDAQ TotalView data. The instructions for this are here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* As to the Indices, it depends on exactly which ones you need. SPX for instance, is from the CBOE, therefore you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the CBOE Indices exchange (SPY is an ETF and is available through the NASDAQ TotalView data).
