Hello,

I renewed my service package 11 today. Despite this, I am still seeing delayed data. I have attempted disconnecting/reconnecting with no success. Can you help me understand why I am still seeing delayed data?

The exchange you had activated did not renew on May 1, 2022 due to insufficient funds at the time of renewal.

In order to reactivate the exchange - make sure you have enough funds in your account and then go to the Recurring Services page, scroll to the bottom, and select the button for Reactivate Exchange.

Thanks, I just paid $46 for the service package #11. This appears to include the Denali data feed. The Recurring Services page claims I should pay $11 to activate the Denali Feed. Am I understanding this correctly, that I should be paying for service package 11, then paying again for the denali feed separately?

I appreciate your assistance in clarifying.

The Denali Exchange Data Feed fee itself is built into the package price. But then there is the cost of the exchanges which are separate.

In your case you activated the exchange for CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts which costs $11.00 per month.

Note that regardless of how you have paid for your package (1, 3, or 6 months at a time), the exchange fees are paid on a calendar month basis and are renewed on the first day of each month.
