chart loads then refreshs nonstop

hello, whenever i open my chartbook everything loads except my footprint chart and it just keeps saying "loading" then loads for 1 second then refreshs and loads all over again and repeats and repeats. message log keeps saying reloading chart and service log says requesting trade positions data |

it shows the loading bar, then loads the chart for not even 1 full second, then goes black and the loading bar starts over. it repeats this forever
