If the problem is that you are not getting values showing in the Price and/or Time scales, then refer to the following settings: Chart Drawing Tools: Show Y Value and Time Boxes (Tool Settings >> Chart Values >> Chart Values If the problem is that you are not getting the Tool Values Window (regular or compact), then refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Tool Values Window If a Tool Values Window is selected, but not showing up when the crosshair is active, then refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Cannot See Values Windows?
